Food and Beer Pairings

1st Course: 

House of Bread - Rose shaped blue cheese crostini paired with Saison Farmhouse Ale from Cysosure Brewing

2nd Course: 

Sullivan's Steakhouse - Braised pork belly, jalapeno cornbread, and Cider Mosa cheese paired with Cider Mosa from Double Shovel

3rd Course: 

Altura Bistro - Duck fat potato fondant with Black Fire braised beef cheek, fresh horseradish and chive paired with Black Fire Belgian Strong Dark ale from Turnagain Brewing

4th Course: 

El Green-go's - Smoked pork huevos rancheros tossed in a chocolate porter reduction, roasted poblanos brown rice and black beans, vegan nacho sauce pan fried quail egg, tomatillo sauce,  roasted jalapeno creme fraiche, white corn fresca, and cotija, paired with Grounds For Divorce Coffee Porter from Bleeding Heart Brewing.

5th Course: 

Charlou - Deconstructed chocolate cake with hazelnuts topped with Vanilla Milk Stout glaze and paired with Matt's 8th Birthday, a limited release Port Barrel aged Vanilla Milk Stout from Midnight Sun.
